Ceibo is an upcoming surf documentary featuring Ecuadorian Australian surfer and activist Pacha Light and fellow activist and surfer Lucy Small. The pair embark on a journey across Ecuador, meeting with women who share their experiences of community leadership and environmental protection. The film explores Pacha’s evolving identity as she reconnects with her Ecuadorian roots in a journey to some of the world’s most beautiful yet fragile land and seascapes. Ceibos are the ancient trees populating Ecuador’s landscapes.
